We produce all of our ice cream and sorbet on Tremedda Farm in our purpose-built ice cream parlour. The converted room previously served as a milking parlour in the early 1900s when cows were milked by hand.
Fresh milk is taken daily from our Friesian dairy herd and combined with either Rodda’s Cornish Clotted Cream or Double Cream (which Tremedda Farm’s milk goes into making). We then add the finest quality ingredients we can get our hands on to make our rich and luxurious ice creams.
All of our fruit sorbet are made with real fruits that have been picked in their prime to ensure they are full of flavour.
